AUGUST 12 2021 – “NEXT ‘TRESPASS WALK’ PLANNED” – LETTERS – CRAWLEY OBSERVER [AUGUST 11] AND WEST SUSSEX COUNTY TIMES [AUGUST 12]

West Sussex County Council Public Footpaths [in purple]. Other paths [in yellow]. Homes England ‘Private Land’ signage [in letters].

There is now sufficient proof – beyond reasonable doubt – Homes England are in serious breach of the regulations relating to WSCC public footpath accessibility in this designated Local Green Space [LGS]. A powerful case could also be made for illegality [related to the ‘Private Land’ signage], but making such a case is not a viable option at present.
