“Mid February is when they normally start to pair up. You will hear them calling to each other frequently once they start….A fresh hole in the bank and areas on bank with a lot of white marks from their poo would indicate they are perching there often. They are not very clean…and a nest in use will have a green sludge start to trickle out of it after a while”
