We have a duty under the Equalities Act 2010 not to discriminate against you when we
provide our services. Do you feel you experienced any form of discrimination by us or our
contractors? No
Tell us about your complaint:
The Nature Information Signboards in the Willoughby Fields Local
Nature Reserve have been vandalised because the area has been neglected by those responsible
for Nature Conservation at this particular Local Nature Reserve. Photographs available but the
easiest way to illustrate the problem is to take the Warden responsible to the specific areas.
All other Local Nature Reserves have ‘unvandalised’ and ‘unneglected’ Signboards [eg Tilgate/Target
Hill/Woldhurstlea Wood/Goffs Park]. Why not here? Is it because the CBC plan to put the Crawley
Western Relief Road/West of Ifield Bypass through it?
If this is not rectified within a reasonable time, I will complain to the Cabinet Member for Community Engagement and Culture [Susan
Mullins] and the Local MP [Peter Lamb].
If you have a reference number for a case or account that relates to your complaint, please

What should we do to put things right? Erect new ‘Nature’ signage and make Willoughby Fields
Local Nature Reserve more welcoming for those who would like to visit the area.
