Absence of Homes England’s ‘West of Ifield’ planning application at Horsham’s Local Plan Examination in December is beyond a disgrace – it is a ‘show-stopper’ [“Planning disgrace”, WSCT Letters, Oct 24]
Strategic Site Allocation HA2-Land West of Ifield should be withdrawn from the Examination Programme.
Why?
Because the absence of this master developer’s planning application for the Planning Inspector’s Examination – although no doubt legal – does not abide by the sound democratic planning principles as laid down by the Government.
